Chuck Millington is the President and Co-Founder of Millington Financial Advisors and brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services and public accounting. With an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University, along with being a Certified Public Accountant and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chuck combines technical expertise with a passion for helping individuals and families achieve clarity and confidence in their financial decision making. He founded the firm with his father to provide personalized, rational, and opportunity-focused guidance for clients seeking long-term financial stability and wealth management support. Chuck's approach emphasizes education, disciplined planning, and helping clients cut through fear-based messages to focus on what matters most to them.

A lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area, Chuck has lived in Naperville since 1984. He and his wife, Erin have three sons and two dogs, Coco and Cookie. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys golf and traveling with his wife to major cities where they explore museums, comedy, and the arts. He is energized by the firm's continued expansion and looks forward to guiding more families toward their financial goals while mentoring the next generation of advisors. His go-to financial philosophy centers on preparation, patience, and positioning portfolios for long-term success.
